[The Hit List Users] Multiple databases and sharing a THL database

(1)
DevonThink has a feature that would be really handy...
It gives you an Open DataBases area
and a Recent databases area.

This enables you to switch back and forth between databases
effortlessly.

(2)
Sharing a database with my wife...

Call my main database DB-A.
I then created a second one and called it: DB-B

In DB-A, in my In Box
I put a file link for DB-B.

I really like that when I click on it,
it switches to my other database instantaneously.

In DB-B, in my In Box
I put a file link for DB-A.

So now it's really easy to go back and forth
between these two databases.

I then file shared my THL folder in my Applications Support Folder.

My wife then created a file link in her database to my DB-B.

We each put a file link to Yahoo Messenger
so each time either of us adds something to the shared HL...
we let the other know through yahoo.

Now we're happily pretending
that we have an almost fully networkable version of THL!
